At Worplix, we strive to provide high-quality WordPress development, customization, and plugin solutions. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our refund terms to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Custom WordPress Development & Website Design:

    • A full refund is available if the project has not yet started.
    • If the project is partially completed, a partial refund may be granted based on the work done.
    • No refunds will be issued once the final delivery is made.
  • Plugin Purchases & Digital Products:

    • Refunds are only granted if the plugin is faulty, does not work as described, or cannot be fixed.
    • No refunds for downloaded, installed, or customized plugins.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain registration and hosting setup (handled by third parties).
  • SEO services, website audits, and consultation fees.
  • Custom-coded features and plugins if development has started.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide content, revisions, or approvals).
